Kings Cornerstone International College (KCIC) offers an exceptional pathway for students aiming to earn a prestigious degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland. This articulated program enables students who complete a two-year Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business at KCIC to seamlessly transfer to the University of Sunderland to complete the BA(Hons) Business and Human Resource Management degree over the next one year. The degree covers a broad spectrum of topics to develop your quantitative skills and business acumen, including: Strategic Leadership and Collaboration, Managing Business Continuity and Resilience, Business Consultancy Project and Professional Human Resource Skills.

To qualify for this program, students must complete 2-year BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business, awarded by Pearson, which includes agreed equivalent modules recognised by the Sunderland University. This qualification provides 240 credits, allowing students to seamlessly transition into the third year of the  Bachelor’s degree program in UK.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resource Management, students can pursue various career options, including HR Manager, Business Development Manager, HR Analyst, Payroll Manager, Operations Manager and Recruitment Consultant. This pathway offers a streamlined and effective route to achieving a globally recognised degree, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning to ensure that graduates are equipped to meet the evolving demands of the global business environment.
