To apply for the B.Tech. Computer Engineering (Software Engineering) program, start by submitting your application on [Website]. Next, clear the Kalviness Quotient (KQ) Challenge as part of The Apollo University’s selection process. Candidates must have studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects.
Upon meeting the eligibility and admission criteria, you will receive a selection letter. After paying the specified registration fee, you can complete your program registration. Finally, a provisional admission letter will be issued, confirming your enrollment.
The July 2025 intake is ideal for students completing their State Board exams, such as those from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and other Indian state boards, where final exams typically conclude by April. Applications for this intake will close on April 2025.
Before the main program begins, students will participate in a 2-week foundation course, designed to strengthen academic skills, introduce key concepts, and provide orientation to ensure a smooth transition into higher education.
The January 2026 intake is best suited for students following international curricula such as IB, A-Level, Edexcel, or other similar boards, where final exams generally conclude by January. Applications for this intake will close on September 2025.
