The Master of Public Health (MPH) at The Apollo University is designed to develop skilled public health professionals who can address global health challenges. This interdisciplinary program provides expertise in epidemiology, healthcare policy, biostatistics, and disease prevention, equipping students with the knowledge needed to improve community health.
With a strong focus on public health research, health promotion strategies, and disease control, students gain hands-on experience through fieldwork, research projects, and collaborations with healthcare organizations, preparing them for leadership roles in government agencies, NGOs, hospitals, and global health initiatives.

Bachelor degree in Health Sciences/ Life Sciences/ Social Sciences from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate marks.
The July 2025 intake is ideal for students completing their State Board exams, such as those from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and other Indian state boards, where final exams typically conclude by April. Applications for this intake will close on April 2025.
Before the main program begins, students will participate in a 2-week foundation course, designed to strengthen academic skills, introduce key concepts, and provide orientation to ensure a smooth transition into higher education.
The January 2026 intake is best suited for students following international curricula such as IB, A-Level, Edexcel, or other similar boards, where final exams generally conclude by January. Applications for this intake will close on September 2025.
