At KCIC, we offer flexible and transparent fee structures across our programs. Below are the annual tuition fee options categorized by program type.

KCIC Fee Payment Policy
At Kings Cornerstone International College (KCIC), we recognise that students may have diverse financial circumstances. To support this, we offer flexible payment options, including the choice of a one-time full payment or Equated Monthly Instalments (EMIs) spread over 3 or 6 months. These EMI plans allow students to manage their annual tuition fees in smaller, more manageable portions, without compromising access to academic resources or institutional services.
Tuition Inclusions
The tuition fee is comprehensive and includes the following:
- Examination fees
- Laboratory fees
- Access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Required software
- Study materials (including eBooks)
- External verification and certification charges
- Industrial visits (excluding transportation, meals, and accommodation)
Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹55,000 is payable at the time of admission.
Payment Methods
All payments must be made through the KCIC student portal. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- Unified Payments Interface (UPI – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Debit or Credit Cards
- EMI options through approved banking or financial institutions
Important Instructions
Students are required to retain all transaction receipts and share payment confirmations with the KCIC Admissions or Accounts Department. Please note that delayed payments may result in administrative restrictions on access to classes or assessments.
