How to Apply

Step 1: Determine Your Eligibility

Students from any stream are welcome to apply for the pathway program and can choose a new path based on their interest, even if it differs from their previous academic background. Requirements vary by program focus:

• Technology Programs: Prefer applicants with strong mathematical skills.
• Health Science Programs: Prefer applicants with a background in biology.
• Other Programs: Admission based on student interest.

Important for UG and PG applications:

• If you are awaiting final results, you can apply using your projected marks or 11th-class mark sheet.
• PG students may submit their most recent semester mark sheet for application.

Step 2: Choose Your Program

• Visit KCIC’s Program Listing: Explore the different pathway programs available and select the one that aligns with your interest and academic background.
• Review Program Requirements: Ensure you meet any specific program prerequisites (e.g., numerical skills for tech, biology for health sciences). If you do not meet, check out the foundation option with our admission staff.

Step 3: Prepare Your Documents

Ensure you have all necessary documents ready for submission. Required documents typically include:

• Academic transcripts (10th, 11th, and 12th-grade marks or equivalent)
• Projected marks (if awaiting results)
• Most recent mark sheet for PG applicants
• Identification documents (Passport, Aadhaar card, etc.)
• Statement of Purpose (optional but recommended)

Step 4: Submit Your Application Online

1. Visit the KCIC Application Portal.
2. Create an Account or log in if you already have one.
3. Complete the application form, filling in personal details, academic history, and program choice.
4. Upload your documents as per the requirements.
5. Submit the Application and note down your application ID for future reference.

Step 5: Await Confirmation and Further Steps

Once submitted, KCIC will review your application and verify the documents. Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation and further instructions regarding:

1. Interview or Counseling (if required): Some programs may have an interview or counselling session as part of the admission process.
2. Fee Payment: Details on payment options and deadlines will be provided in the confirmation email.

Step 6: Complete Your Enrollment

After receiving your acceptance letter:

1. Pay the Enrollment Fee to confirm your seat.
2. Submit any remaining documents if required.
3. Await details on orientation and starting your classes at KCIC.
