This program designed by Pearson Education, UK in collaboration with Design Business Association, National Society for Education in Art and Design, BWA Design, Dublin Institute of Technology, Southampton Solent University, Creative and Cultural Skills,
Canterbury College and Together Design to prepare internationally recognised designer who can design modern homes, offices and hotels.
The course places a strong emphasis on gaining hands-on experience and you are encouraged to work on industry-led live projects. By leveraging the course team’s extensive industry links, past built environment students have had the opportunity to work on professional interior design projects. You may also make use of large format scanners, printing equipment and Mac suites loaded with Vectorworks, Google SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
As well as gaining practical experience on work placements, past students have exhibited their work at important interior design events like New Designers in London. This enabled students to meet major retailers and other industry contacts.
