Entry Criteria
Applicants must be 20+ years and hold a recognised Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Relevant professional experience may also be considered. Candidates with relevant professional work experience may also be considered, subject to university entry requirements.

At KCIC, you’ll spend Year 1 building a foundation in Information Technology through research, cloud computing, data analysis, business intelligence and emerging technologies. This preparation supports a smooth transition to Whitireia | WelTec to complete the remaining 6 months of the programme.
You'll progress to Whitireia | WelTec, New Zealand, to complete the final stage of the Master of Information Technology. Explore advanced IT through hands-on research and emerging technologies, building expertise in areas such as cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity and business intelligence.
Accreditation

The Master of Information Technology awarded by Whitireia | WelTec, New Zealand is a Level 9 qualification, requiring a minimum of 180 credits from Level 8 and 9 courses.
