The Bachelor of Business in Economics is a cutting-edge program designed to equip students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills essential for success in the modern business world.  Key modules include Macroeconomics for Decision Making, Managerial and Business Economics, Basic Econometrics, Strategic Games for Business, Behavioural Economics, Big Data, Machine Learning and Society. To qualify for this program, students must complete 1-year BTEC Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business, awarded by Pearson, which includes agreed equivalent modules recognised by the RMIT University. This qualification provides 120 credits, allowing students to seamlessly transition into the third year of the  Bachelor’s degree program in Australia.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Business in Economics, students can pursue various career options, including Banking, Policy Analysis, Consulting, Data Analytics and Social Development. Direct entry into the third year of the Bachelor of Business program, students need to meet below  requirements:

  • Successfully complete the 1-year BTEC HNC in Business at KCIC.
  • Pass the 120-credits RMIT University agreed modules at HNC level.
