The Bachelor of Information Technology  is a cutting-edge program designed to equip students with essential skills for a successful career in data analysis. Key modules include Information Security, Security for Dev Ops, Incident Response & Digital Forensics, Data Mining for Business Analytics, Data Warehouse Design and Implementation, Human Computer Interaction, Web Application Development and Intelligent Systems Development. These courses enable students to analyse complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and implement data-driven strategies to address real-world challenges.

To qualify for this program, students must complete 2-year BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing, awarded by Pearson, which includes agreed equivalent modules recognised by the WelTec Universtiy. This qualification provides 144 credits, allowing students to seamlessly transition into the Bachelor’s degree program final year in New Zealand.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Information Technology, students can pursue various career options, including IT consultant, Cloud Analyst,  UX Developer, Project Manager, Social Media Analyst,  DevOps Specialist, Cyber Security Specialist, Web and Mobile Programmer.
